Return & Refund Policy
Because our hummingbird feeders are fragile, please inspect your order upon arrival. If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days for a replacement or refund at support@theglasssipper.com.
To request a return, email us with your order number and photos of the damage.
Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after we receive confirmation.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.

All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS. Each hummingbird feeder is carefully packaged to prevent damage in transit. Orders are processed within 3–5 business days and shipped via USPS or UPS. Delivery typically takes 5–7 business days within the U.S. Currently, we only ship to U.S. addresses. Tracking information will be emailed as soon as your order ships.
